"Two intra-abdominal tumours"

A 75 year-old woman presents with an acute abdomen. A perforated colonic tumour with fecal contamination is evident at laparotomy. Macroscopic examination of the resected specimen shows adherence of the colonic tumour to the serosa of the small bowel. The colonic tumour shows extensive necrosis and ulceration at the luminal surface. Gross photo of resected colonic segment with necrosis and ulceration:
