  Being both a solid and liquid organ, the "semi-solid" spleen often challenges both clinical and anatomical pathologists alike. As part of larger CME program on "Pathology of the Spleen" to follow later, three splenic lesions: two relatively common and one uncommon are presented here. Cases were kindly contributed by: Drs. Chetty, Perez-Ordonez, Tkachuk and Weinreb from University Health Network, Toronto ON.
